No Senioritis Here

Signing up for senior classes made me realize one thing: I am in no way ready to leave Temple and start life as a working adult. With only a year left I have realized that kegs, gross basements and eating my body weight in Philly Style fries hungover on Sundays with my roommates is something I am just not ready to let go of yet.
Some people say that they are ready to graduate, and that is how I felt during high school but as of right now, and it may be because I am missing Temple an insane amount at the moment, I never want to leave apartment 1729.
I am now more responsible and motivated than ever and I know exactly what I want to do with my life but still…just one more year may not be enough for me.
When I think about college it feels like a blur. And that is by no mean saying I was blacked out every weekend (o___O)…It honestly went by in a flash. I have changed in every way possible since freshman year. Had many ups and downs and signing up for senior year classes made me want to take a walk down memory lane.
Freshman Year
The year you leave your childhood room and no longer have a curfew by midnight (Only 18 year old that absolutely had to abide by this rule if I was sleeping home, thanks Charlie). The year you leave your best friends and create even more best friends, which you didn't think was possible. The year you learn that the Freshman 15 is probably the realest thing you've ever encountered thus far. The year you fail a class because you always skipped it on Fridays. The year you spend too much money on Blue Wave and Vlad. The year you throw bottles behind bushes so the security guards don't see them. The year you have your craziest moments because you are still an idiotic teenager without a care in the world.

Sophomore Year
The year you dress like a cat and a "Latina Biker Chick" (whatever the hell that is) for Halloween because you want to be SO COLLEGE. The year you take unlimited pictures with Maxi's workers. The year your hometown friends visit as much as possible now that you moved out of the dorms. The year where Kappa Sig and Philly Style become your second homes. The year you change your major because you realize no freshman actually has any idea what they are doing their first year of college. The year you finally make the people you care about your people.

Junior Year
The year you start to get your shit together. The year you learn that chill nights in are almost better than wild nights out (sometimes). The year that everything falls into place. The year where you have the most motivation to get work done. The year where you are most appreciative of everything you have. The year you realize you don't want your college career to end. The year you realize you are becoming way too sappy because you are happy about everything and everyone in your life so let me end by saying this is the year where you learn that Halloween costumes can consist more of just a tail and some cat ears dear god Taylor thank you for getting that phase over with.

With only 4 full weekends left here in London, two will be spent away. One in Germany and one in Ireland. This semester is quickly coming to an end and I know it will fly by. Senior year is rapidly approaching and as I said earlier, nostalgia is setting in on me from freshman, sophomore and junior year. These pictures do not even do those years justice. Only 23 days till I am home. Honestly don't know how I feel about that.
